A healthy person should take 80 mg of vitamin C per day. Real Pharms Vitamin C is as much as 1000 mg of vitamin C, 60 mg of rose hip extract and 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoids – all in one tablet!

It’ easiest to supply vitamin C by eating citrus fruits. However, tablets are the most popular form of supplementation, because of their precision and convenience.
