Ingredients:

Milk chocolate: maltodextrin, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate, creatine monohydrate, low-fat cocoa powder, minerals and multivitamin complex (trisodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, tricalcium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium cycorbicinate -Pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine, cyanocobalamin, folic acid), L-glutamine, thickener (xanthan gum), flavors.

Suggested Use: Mix 2 scoops (approx. 100 g) of powder with 400-500 ml of water or milk. It is recommended to consume 2 servings per day.
