What is the Himalaya Liv.52 and for what purposes do I need liver support?
Himalaya Liv.52 is a multifunctional liver support product that allows the liver to recover, renew and restore itself in multiple ways. The Liv.52 contains a wide variety of herbal active ingredients that support the liver in detoxifying and help to restore any shifted liver values. But why do you need a pure liver support product? Although one could now say that the Liv.52 helps optimally after alcohol excesses, this would be completely the wrong purpose, because weight training is more about lifting a lot of weight and not drinking a lot of alcohol. Rather, the Liv.52 can support the user with a wide variety of cures, which is why it is also an on-cycle support (OCT). In particular, some muscle building supplements are alpha-methylated, which entails strong toxicity to the liver. Here liver protection products are of the highest priority to ensure good health over the long term. Usage:
Initially 1 Tablet twice daily with water followed by 1 tablet daily. Please consult your physician to prescribe the dosage that best suits the condition.
Capparis spinosa, Cichorium intybus (common name : chicory), Solanum nigrum whole plant, Terminalia arjuna, Cassia occidentalis l. , Achillea millefolium, Tamarix gallica l.
1-2 tablets twice a day, with water.

Take one tablet per meal, or as advised by your therapist.
