BIG® Amino Dextrin Cycle is made from the prestigious Cluster Dextrin® patent from the Japanese GLICO® laboratories.
Cluster Dextrin , also known as HBCD (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin) or Cyclodextrins, are a type of carbohydrate that, from the enzymatic degradation of starch, results in a series of cyclic oligosaccharides, obtaining a set of glucose units with a thyroid structure.
They have characteristics common to starches (amylopectins), but significantly improved. The speed of gastric emptying and their rapid absorption allow cyclodextrins to be considered an excellent source as a sports drink.
