The carbohydrate complex contributes to restoring the proper functioning of the muscles during long-term training, and to remedying the loss of glycogen in the muscles. The formula is supplemented by a complex of minerals. Magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue and weariness, and potassium and salt, whose balance supports muscle regeneration and is responsible for water-electrolyte balance the body. The calcium content additionally contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism. The product is intended for adults engaged in recreational sports and for sportsmen engaged in long-term and intensive physical exercises.

INGREDIENTS: carbohydrate complex, aroma; xanthan gum – stabilizing agent; acidity regulator: citric acid (for the Lemon flavor) or malic acid (for other flavors), citrulline malate; sucraclose – sweetener, mineral complex: sodium chloride; magnesium citrate; calcium carbonate; potassium citrate.

PREPARATION: dissolve 1 portion (50 g – 3 cups) in 200 – 250 ml of water. The recommended daily ration should not be exceeded.

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION: 1 portion depending on the intensity and duration of the physical exercise. To be consumed before, during or after intensive training.
