Ingredients:

ashwagandha (withania somnifera) – whole plant extract contains min. 7% vitanolides, 1% alkaloids, 0.25% vitamin A (300 mg), bulking agents: cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Method of consumption:

1 tablet 2 times a day sipped with water (daily serving of 2 tablets). Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of the supplement.
